Dean is our Managing Partner and he is a Chartered Accountant, Corporate Treasurer and a highly experienced SME acquirer, operator and investor.
He has been successfully investing in SMEs for over 30 years. A respected expert in investment strategy, corporate finance, M&A and fundraising, Dean has managed over £1 billion of investments and transactions in his career to date.
Dean actively joins the operational management team of all of our investee companies.
Carly is our Marketing Director and an experienced SME investor and operator.
Alongside M&A, fundraising and SME management experience, Carly has over 25 years experience in Marketing and Communications across a diverse range of sectors. She brings an in-depth knowledge of developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, helping investee companies steer a brand through an acquisition or investment process, and achieve growth overall.
Kate is an experienced Finance Director and manages Finance, Accounting, Compliance and Risk Management.
She is a qualified Accountant with a strong background in finance, having worked with many SME’s, operating at management and board level across various industries.
Kate provides strategic guidance in the areas of finance, accounting, governance, risk and compliance.
